Tiramisù


Whip the egg yolks with sugar until they whiten.
Add the mascarpone cheese to make a smooth blend.
Whip the egg whites and add them to the mascarpone mix, gently turning the mixture over from the bottom to the top.


Dip the biscuits in the coffee and than put them in a dish to cover the bottom.


Cover the biscuits with half of the mascarpone cream.
Grate half of the chocolate on it.


Do the same thing to obtain a second layer of biscuits




cream


and chocolate.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
